You want to be present in your life with more attention and energy for what matters to you.
When you live with a chronic digestive condition, thinking about your gut can take up more than just your time, it also takes up your attention. I help you care for your needs, navigate difficult days, and feel more engaged in work, relationships, meals, and every day life.
More room for what you love to do.
Being part of the conversation with the focus to contribute, and connect with others.
Enjoying time with family and friends with the energy available to engage.
Approaching meals with easy plans and greater confidence.
I help you get toward going for an hour without having to think about your gut.
You’re ready to give your attention to the life that is in front of you:
You handle a lot. Caring for yourself deserves support, too.
You are capable, decisive and an engaged professional living with chronic digestive conditions who is tired of symptoms occupying so much of their mental space and consuming your physical energy. I’ve been there personally, and helped hundreds of professionals in my work. I’d love to see if we are a good fit to help you get your energy back for you.
More Life, Less Gut Worry
A free workshop for people who want to feel more present in their lives while living with a chronic digestive condition.
“I just want to go an hour without thinking about my gut.”
You want to focus on the conversation. Enjoy time with your family. Sit down to a meal with more confidence. Have attention and energy available for the things you care about.
But when you’re constantly anticipating symptoms, adjusting plans, or wondering how your body will feel, being present can feel out of reach.
Join Erix Zimmerman, registered dietitian, Board Certified Specialist in Digestive Health, and life coach, for a welcoming, practical conversation about making more room for life while caring for your gut.
Together, we’ll explore how to:
Recognize how much attention gut worry is taking—and where you’d love to direct that attention.
Respond to a difficult symptom day with more self-compassion and a clearer next step.
Create one small daily practice that supports feeling more grounded and engaged.
You’ll leave with a simple, personal plan for a difficult gut moment: how to acknowledge what you need, choose a supportive response, and reconnect with something that matters to you.
Who is this for?
Adults living with conditions such as celiac disease, IBS, Crohn’s disease, or ulcerative colitis who are tired of symptoms taking up so much mental space at work, at home, and everywhere in between.
Meet your host
I’m Erix Zimmerman. Alongside my professional experience supporting people with complex digestive concerns, I’ve lived with celiac disease for 20 years. Learning to care for my body with greater understanding and compassion has been an important part of my own journey. I’d love to help you explore what that could look like in yours.
Bring your whole self.
LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent participants are warmly welcome. Sharing is optional, and you’re welcome to keep your camera off or take breaks whenever you need.
This educational workshop complements your medical care. It does not provide individualized treatment.
You’ll also have the option to learn about continued support through my Whole-Life Nourishment Method.
Erix’s approach to care is centered on you as a whole person, including everything that makes you unique. Care is culturally inclusive, trauma-informed, 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming, and weight-inclusive. With a strong focus on presence practices, self-trust, and strengthening your locus of control, this work is designed to help you feel more empowered in your body and daily life.
